Project Manager

Role Overview: - Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our product team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client deliveries, tracking progress across projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timelines are met. You'll play a critical role in unblocking day-to-day issues, managing insurer follow-ups, and driving accountability across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end delivery plan for client integrations and onboarding - Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, KAM) to track progress and resolve blockers - Follow up with insurer partners for timely credential sharing, IP whitelisting, API kit responses, etc. - Maintain clear documentation of project timelines, responsibilities, and follow-ups - Anticipate risks or delays and escalate early with solutions - Ensure smooth internal communication and delivery hygiene - Track and report status across multiple clients simultaneously Requirements: - 2–3 years of project management experience, ideally in a SaaS, startup, or client-facing tech delivery role - Excellent communication and follow-up skills; ability to drive outcomes across teams - Strong sense of ownership and a bias for action - Experience working in tools like Notion, Jira, Excel, or equivalent - Basic understanding of product and tech workflows - Ability to juggle multiple projects with calm and clarity Why Join Us - Work directly with senior product leadership - Shape delivery systems for a high-impact SaaS product - Fast-paced, startup-like environment with meaningful ownership Skills: Agile Methodologies, Scheduling Tools, Project Planning, Stakeholder Management, Budgeting, Risk Management Experience: 3.00-6.00 Years
