AI-Driven API Test Engineer — JMeter, GCP, Banking

API testing, JMeter, GCP with AI Experience Location: Austin, TX or Dallas, TX Contractor Qualifications • Banking /Finance experience is a must • 3–8+ years of experience in API testing • Strong hands‑on experience with Apache JMeter • Experience testing microservices architectures • Solid understanding of HTTP, REST, JSON, OAuth, JWT • Experience working with GCP-hosted applications SQL & basic data validation skills Preferred • Experience with tools like Postman, REST Assured, Karate, Swagger/OpenAPI • Knowledge of containers (Docker) and Kubernetes (GKE) • Familiarity with Apigee or API Gateway • Scripting knowledge (Java, Python, Groovy, or JavaScript) • Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
