Educational Qualifications: ✓ Engineering graduate or B. Tech/MCA with relevant major subjects like Computer Science. ✓ Applicants with other advanced certifications in relevant areas will be preferred. Job Responsibilities • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to design test cases and scenarios. • Strong focus on deadlines and deliverables, ensuring quick identification of defects and bugs. • Collaborate with PM, Business Analysts, and QA Engineers to develop effective strategies, well structured use cases, test plans, test cases, and scenarios. • Coordinate with QA team members, guide them in testing activities, and ensure timely and high quality product releases. • Design and implement test strategies for applications built with AI/ML and LLM technologies. • Develop automated test frameworks for validating AI models, APIs, and data pipelines. • Validate AI model performance, including accuracy, bias detection, explainability, and reliability. • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to define test cases for model training, inference, and evaluation. • Adhere to system testing best practices and methodologies. • Perform rigorous testing of web portals and AI chatbots, ensuring functionality, usability, and seamless integration. • Conduct end-to-end chatbot testing, including prompt validation, conversation flows, and backend integration. • Validate predictive models, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and alignment with expected business outcomes. • Communicate clearly (written and verbal) to document test scenarios and cases, and report bugs effectively to developers and stakeholders. • Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing. • Perform database testing, including log and parameter analysis as well as data validation. • Execute API testing, focusing on data validation with client APIs. • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs. • Investigate product quality to identify areas of improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
