Sr. No. | Responsibilities | 1.0 | Microbiology Analysis : | 1.1 | To perform the media preparation, sterilization, disposal and record maintenance. | 1.2 | To transfer & Maintenance of all microbial pure culture & record maintenance. | 1.3 | To perform growth promotion test for microbiological media and observation. | 1.4 | To prepare the disinfectant solutions. | 1.5 | To perform microbial monitoring of classified area of QC . | 1.6 | To Perform the microbial analysis as per Method of Analysis. | 1.7 | To operate and maintain the equipment’s / instruments as per respective SOP. | 1.8 | To monitoring and recording of differential pressure, temperature and humidity of Microbiology laboratory. | 1.9 | To receipt and handling of microbial media, cultures, biological or chemical indicator and accessories. | 1.10 | To perform the Microbial analysis and method validation as per protocol (As and when required). | 1.11 | To maintain and check the cleaning of micro lab and instruments. | 2.0 | General : | 2.1 | To follow good laboratory practices. | 2.2 | To perform water sampling for chemical and microbiological analysis. | 2.3 | To perform sampling and analysis of nitrogen and compressed air. | 2.4 | To participate in investigations of OOS, OOT, Incident, deviations etc. | 2.5 | To maintain the discipline in laboratory. | 2.6 | To ensure the calibration / validation status of the instrument / equipment before use the equipment/ instrument. | 2.7 | Immediately inform to the Head-QC in case of any abnormal observation found during analysis. | 2.8 | Any data integrity related observation in the department should be shared with QC-head. | 2.9 | In absence of Mr.Bharat Modhvadiya and Mr. Atharva M Koranne (responsibility delegated in absence), Section head will hand over his responsibility to other person. |
