Performance Tester

Job Description About the Role: We are looking for a Performance Tester with 3 to 5 years of experience to develop performance test plans and scripts using JMeter, Blazemeter suite of tools and other performance testing tool. Requirements Monitor and Analyze application performance metrics during tests using Dynatrace and other APM tools. Shall possess AWS skills for distributed performance testing in virtual environment. Able to leverage AI assisted tools such as OpenAI frontier in different phases of performance testing. Identify performance bottlenecks and suggest remedial actions. Able to generate performance test reports and Analyze. Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement performance improvements. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in performance testing. Domain: US Auto Insurance (P & C knowledge)
