Must have skills : Amazon Web Services (AWS) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is essential to address challenges and optimize application functionality throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability. - Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment. - Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged applications. - Knowledge of low-code platforms and their application in software customization. - Ability to monitor and optimize application performance in cloud environments. - Strong problem-solving skills related to application configuration and support.
