Key Responsibilities - Conduct chemical testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products. - Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency. - Maintain laboratory records, reports, and batch documentation. - Support process improvement and optimization initiatives. - Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards. - Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective actions. - Coordinate with production and quality teams for process validation. - Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing and formulation issues. Required Skills - Chemical Analysis – Perform qualitative and quantitative testing. - Quality Control – Ensure products meet specifications. - GMP Knowledge – Follow manufacturing best practices. - Laboratory Techniques – Handle testing equipment and instruments. - Documentation – Maintain accurate technical records. Preferred Skills - Knowledge of ISO quality systems. - Experience with process validation. - Statistical analysis and reporting skills. Work Experience Requirements Typical requirement: 1–5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, production, or quality control environments. Candidates should be familiar with laboratory operations, manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance within chemical or process industries.
