Role - Senior QA Performance Test Engineer - Tricentis qTest & NeoLoad Location - Full Remote Job Type - Long Term Contract Job Description: Key Responsibilities Tricentis qTest Admin Support Administer and support Tricentis qTest projects, users, roles, and permissions Manage test case repositories, test cycles, releases, and defect tracking Support teams with qTest access configuration and troubleshooting Strong knowledge of qTest site administration including site fields and template creation Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects in qTest Manager Generate and publish test execution reports and dashboards using qTest Insights Ensure best practices and governance for test management processes Performance Testing - NeoLoad & OctoPerf Perform end-to-end performance testing activities including requirement analysis, test planning, scripting, execution, monitoring, and reporting Develop and maintain performance test scripts using Tricentis NeoLoad and OctoPerf Review business requirements, NFRs, and SLAs to define realistic performance acceptance criteria Execute Load, Stress, Endurance, and Spike tests based on NFRs Design scenarios based on application navigational flow and business transactions Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks using APM/monitoring tools Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues Prepare performance test reports, findings, and recommendations for stakeholders Support retesting and benchmark comparisons after performance fixes Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis qTest Admin Support • Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis NeoLoad and OctoPerf • Solid understanding of STLC, QA processes, and performance testing concepts • Experience defining NFRs, SLAs, KPIs, and percentile-based metrics • Experience with Web and API performance testing • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Good to Have • Experience with APM tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, AWR • Tricentis Tosca • CI/CD integration experience • Cloud exposure: AWS, Azure Skills Mandatory Skills: Jmeter, Blazemeter -Performance Testing, Neoload -Performance Testing, Performance Testing -Analysis (Analysing test Results, Server Stats,Bottlenecks, tuning and recommendations), Performance Testing -Planning (Strategy, Approach, Estimation, Workload Modeling, Risk and Issue Management), qTest Good to Have Skills : Performance Monitoring- Cloud Native (Aws Cloud Watch, Azure Cloud Monitor) - Testing, Performance Monitoring- Enterprise Solutions(App Dynamics,Dynatrace,Splunk) - Testing, Tosca -Testing
