Roles & Responsibilities: - Software Development: Design, code, test, and debug software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. - Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Code Review and Quality Assurance: Review code written by peers, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for software systems, APIs, and libraries. - Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Investigate and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner. - Innovation and Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and explore opportunities for innovation in the insurance technology space. Qualifications: - B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role. - Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. - Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks. - Experience with Git and version control systems. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations. - Ability to work collaboratively in an agile, fast-paced environment. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
