App Dev & Support Engineer IV

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications, leading solution design, implementation, support, and optimization initiatives across Core HR, Absence, Talent, Helpdesk, Recruiting, Security, Reporting, and Integrations. Operates independently, drives complex deliverables, and provides technical and functional leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design and delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions aligned with business requirements. - Serve as SME for one or more HCM modules: Core HR, ORC, Help Desk, Absence, Talent, Compensation or Security. - Design and review complex integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, and third-party platforms. - Architect reporting solutions using BI Publisher, OTBI, dashboards, and analytics. - Lead quarterly Oracle release assessment, impact analysis, testing, and deployment planning. - Define application standards, governance, security, and best practices. - Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause resolution. - Partner with stakeholders, product owners, HR, Payroll, and IT teams to define future-state solutions. - Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives. - Review designs and deliverables produced by junior consultants and vendors. - Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for critical issues. - Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, security, and change-management requirements. Required Skills Functional: - Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud architecture. - Expertise in enterprise and workforce structures. - Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle. - Experience with approval workflows, security profiles, data roles, and AORs. - Knowledge of Redwood capabilities and Oracle roadmap. Technical: - HCM Extracts - HDL/HSDL - BI Publisher & OTBI - Fast Formula - REST/SOAP APIs - Journey - SQL and data analysis - Security and reporting frameworks Experience - 8+ years overall IT/HRIS experience. - 5+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience. - Participation in multiple end-to-end implementations.
