Power BI Developer

Job Title: Power BI Developer Experience: 8+ Years Location: Remote (Bangalore-Based Candidates Preferred) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly independent Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Databricks to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the complete lifecycle of reporting and analytics solutions, from data extraction and transformation to dashboard development and deployment. This role requires a self-driven professional who can work with minimal supervision, collaborate with stakeholders, and support ongoing data transformation initiatives using Databricks. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. - Build and optimize data models to support business intelligence and reporting requirements. - Develop advanced DAX measures, calculations, and KPIs. - Perform end-to-end SQL development, including complex queries, stored procedures, data validation, and performance tuning. - Design and implement data transformation and engineering workflows using Databricks. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms. - Manage report deployment, production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements. - Participate in data migration, transformation, and modernization initiatives. - Monitor and optimize dashboard performance and data refresh processes. - Document technical solutions, data flows, and reporting frameworks. - Provide ongoing support and recommendations for process improvements and analytics best practices.
