This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, troubleshooting complex scenarios, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system reliability and efficiency throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues. - Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. - Assist in the continuous improvement of application support processes and tools. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve application issues effectively. - Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to track application performance and detect anomalies. - Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interactions within business systems. - Good communication skills to articulate technical issues and collaborate with diverse teams. - Familiarity with scripting or automation frameworks to streamline maintenance tasks.
