With a presence in 180+ countries, Prometric delivers secure, scalable testing solutions through its global test center and remote delivery network, ensuring reliable and accessible testing experiences worldwide Opportunity: Prometric is seeking a Capacity Analyst to support capacity planning, scheduling optimization, and performance management across multiple clients and global test centers. This role combines analytics and operational execution, focusing on balancing demand and supply, improving utilization, and ensuring strong candidate access across the network. As a centralized capacity partner, you will operate across programs, requiring strong prioritization, data-driven decision-making, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibility Areas: Capacity Planning & Network Optimization Support demand planning and capacity management across multiple programs Monitor utilization and adjust schedules to meet availability targets Identify capacity gaps and optimize supply-demand alignment Analyze demand trends and improve forecasting input Operational Execution & Scheduling Management Manage test center schedules, reservations, and group bookings in line with SLAs Coordinate with sites and internal teams to support operational needs Maintain accurate updates in systems (e.g., Salesforce, scheduling tools) Ensure timely case resolution and SLA adherence Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Track key metrics (utilization, availability, SLA performance) Build and maintain reports using Excel, SQL, and Power BI Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements Support documentation and process standardization Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a coordination point across Capacity, Operations, Commercial, and Site teams Build strong working relationships with test center staff and internal stakeholders globally Communicate insights, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Support a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment with shifting priorities Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics) 1–4 years of experience in analytics, operations, scheduling, or capacity planning roles Strong proficiency in: Excel (analysis, modeling, reporting) SQL (data extraction and analysis) Power BI or similar visualization tools Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights Excellent communication skills and ability to work across global, cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Preferred Experience in capacity-constrained or scheduling-driven environments (e.g., testing, healthcare, logistics) Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and operational workflows Exposure to Python or automation tools for process efficiency Experience working in global or multi-client operational environments Shift Timing- 7:30 AM - 4PM EST (5:00 PM- 1:30 AM IST) Week offs- Sat & Sun WFH/WFO/Hybrid- WFH (Report to office whenever called)
